Dr. Corey Crossan, your host and co-founder of Virtuosity, began in sport, where she discovered that strengthening character didn’t just improve her performance—it transformed her entire life. Since then, Corey has been gripped with understanding how we can intentionally build character to fuel both personal and professional success.

Trish Lee

With a degree in psychology and additional studies in finance and accounting, Trish built a 34-year career at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), serving in roles from officer to senior management. She led with a servant leadership approach grounded in empathy and was deeply committed to service at all levels.

Believing that “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” she built trust through initiatives like job shadowing, morning blogs, and inclusive team-building.

In 2016, Trish helped launch the CRA’s Leader Character Model and co-developed the 13-month Aspiring Leaders Program, which earned a CRA Award of Excellence in Innovation and Experimentation in 2020.

Since retiring in 2022, she has continued her character journey, deepened her focus on nutrition, and embraced personal growth with tools like the Virtuosity app.
